Welcome To ATLOS Document Management Mortgage Software This presentation shows how to create a paperless mortgage loan file in ATLOS. Once you are on the “Loans” page, you can create a NEW loan file from scratch, or Import 1003 application data. You can batch import or single import file formats such as .FNM 3.2 (Fannie Mae File Format). I am going to import a Fannie Mae file. ATLOS can store all data from the 1003 application. While creating a loan file you can assign a lender, and also assign all of the users that will be able to access the loan file like originator, processor, underwriter (This is completely customizable). While creating your paperless loan file, You can choose how much 1003 application data you store for each loan file. You will see that the more data you have for each loan file, the more accurate your condition checklist will be (conditions are labels for each document uploaded). Example; if I enter the purpose of the loan is a purchase, ATLOS can automatically generate a condition for a Signed Purchase Agreement (This is completely customizable). Once your paperless file is created, ATLOS will automatically generate a stacking order for your conditions based on the lender you select (This is completely customizable), however you can easily drag the conditions to any order you want.
